As you can see I&#8217;m pushing 251 watts which is a decent effort for me. I&#8217;m on an 11% grade and doing a measly 7 kph. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What is less obvious is that I&#8217;ve just been passed by the <strong><em>running dude<\/em><\/strong> up ahead on the right!
