Well, apparently Scott did!<\/p>\n<p>I was recently in the CanWest Global boardroom for some meetings on the 33rd floor. The building is located right at the corner of Portage &amp; Main, the heart of downtown Winnipeg. So, on one of the breaks, I took a few photos.<\/p>\n<p>Well, last night one of them became a Photoshop project for Scott. Quite an interesting effect.
