(Doesn&#8217;t everyone have their own channel? \ud83d\ude09 )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social Media<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;m most active on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/gstewart\/\">Instagram<\/a>, occasionally on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/garrystewart\">Twitter<\/a> and rarely on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/garry.c.stewart\">Facebook<\/a> (but I do keep a bit of an eye on my feed from time to time \ud83d\ude42 )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cycling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All things cycling live on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/features\">Strava<\/a> You&#8217;ll have to a Strava account and follow me to see my stuff. Seems I&#8217;ve cranked on the privacy controls.<br><br> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zwift.com\/ca\">Zwift<\/a> is my current fav for indoor workouts and training. Again you&#8217;ll need to be a Zwift user to connect with me on that platform.<br><br>An up and comer for me is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xertonline.com\">Xert<\/a>, a Canadian company (woohoo!) that has some serious smarts into creating and managing training on the bike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve also been know to use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trainerroad.com\">TrainerRoad<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thesufferfest.com\">The Sufferfest<\/a>. In fact I&#8217;ll be doing the <a href=\"https:\/\/thesufferfest.com\/pages\/community-tour-of-sufferlandria-2020\">Tour de Sufferlandria <\/a>starting February 15, 2020 to 9 fun filled days.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In addition to this blog I have a presence on several other online services for some of my various interests.
